Our goal is to deliver your order within 1-6 working days, counting from the day you received the order confirmation by e-mail. Delivery time can vary depending on the size of the order and circumstances VAMSKO cannot affect, such as delays due to our delivery company. Orders are delivered by PostNord to their service points or by FedEx and DHL to your door, depending on the country you are located in. The available delivery options will be shown at the checkout. 

    We deliver all products at once. Unfortunately, we cannot process partial deliveries. When the courier service receives the parcels, we send out an e-mail confirmation to you. When your order has arrived at the pick-up point PostNord will send you a notification by e-mail or a text message. Orders shipped with FedEx and DHL will be delivered directly to your home. 

    The name of the recipient or the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.


    How much does the delivery cost?
    We offer free shipping on orders over 100€.  For orders under 100€, the shipping fee is 9,95€. Please note that this does not apply to express deliveries. The express delivery fee is 25 € regardless of the total cost of the order.

    Can I pick Express delivery?
    Yes, you can depending on the country you are shopping from. You'll find the available delivery options at the checkout. If you place your order before 10 p.m. UTC+3 you should receive your order in 1-3 working days. DHL Express delivery costs 25€. 

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive a confirmation of delivery with a tracking number for your parcel by e-mail.

    Where can I pick up my order?

    Depending on the delivery courier, orders are delivered to service points or to your home. With PostNord you can choose which service point your order will be delivered to.

    When the order is placed we cannot change the delivery address.

    Can someone else pick up my order?

    Yes, if that person has a power of attorney. Please contact the delivery courier for further information.
